Insurance
While we do not accept or directly bill insurance, many plans can reimburse up to 100% of our services. We provide itemized statements (superbills) with billing codes so you can file a claim.
HSA and FSA
You can use your FSA or HSA account to pay for your diagnostic evaluation and diagnostic appointment. Provide your payment receipt and itemized statement as documentation.

What is the cost of the diagnostic evaluation?
The diagnostic evaluation is $189. Every evaluation is reviewed by a licensed clinical psychologist and includes the formal assessment, a potential diagnosis and a personalized report. An itemized statement (superbill) is included for insurance reimbursement.
Is the follow-up diagnostic appointment required?
Yes. After completing your diagnostic evaluation, a one-to-one diagnostic appointment ($199) with a licensed psychologist is needed to review your results, discuss your diagnosis and provide personalized recommendations.
Can I bill this to my insurance?
We provide an itemized statement (superbill) with all assessment results so you can seek reimbursement through your insurance carrier. Many patients receive partial or full reimbursement.
Do you prescribe medication?
We provide diagnostic assessment only. We do not prescribe medication, but we provide the documentation you need to seek treatment from your medical provider.
